All of our pieces are handmade and do take time to create since it is all made in studio, and pieced by hand. With that said, our processing time is 2-5 days, earlier whenever possible!
Shipping outside of the USA is a flat rate of $12. We ship via USPS, and shipping times are approximately 12-20 business days. We do not accept international returns. You are responsible for taxes and duties assessed on delivery. We have no way of estimating what taxes & duties will be, as they vary greatly in each country. Please contact your local carrier for an accurate estimate.
Returns
We want you to be obsessed with your jewelry and appreciate your desire to shop small! We want to make returns as seamless as possible. We allow for free 30 day returns on every order in like new condition within the U.S., no questions asked. Kindly email us at hello@estellabystudioramiii.com with your order number and we will send you a return label. Your refund will be returned to your original payment method once we receive the merchandise. Your credit card should take about 3-5 business days to process the refund.
Yes! We are happy to honor exchanges up to 30 days from receiving your order. Please let us know when you request your return label, and we will give you a store credit so you can begin shopping! We cannot ship your new purchase until your original has been returned to us.

- Remove jewelry during strenuous tasks such as working out
- Never wear your jewelry in a pool/spa/shower.
- Cleaning: Use a small amount of nail polish remover on a cotton swab or edge of a paper towel and rub gently to remove any dirt/makeup.
While we are unable to offer different hooks/hoops currently, it is in the works! We hope to have options for each piece available in both silver and gold, as well as open and closed hooks.
